Welcome to Warmwisp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Our store

This store is operated by Warmwisp and hosted by Shopify. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Warmwisp.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure and for any activity under your account.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are designed for everyday comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the instructions and safety notes included with your product, and check with a doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have reduced sensitivity to heat.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

The Warmwisp name, logo, images, text and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them in connection with our store. You're responsible for making sure what you send is truthful and doesn't violate anyone's rights.
